There are at least seven tables most with two people each at a table. One little gal (Tamarak) is serving evey one of them. She is amazing under pressure, always courteous, lingering for a second to see all needs are met. Because it takes her a few minutes longer than a group of servers when she comes to the table, she’s very apologetic for the time that it’s taken truly hustles. She is commendable and Smokey Mountain would be wise to keep her on staff and promote her. At 76 , I’ve had many servers, all 4 of our kids in the industry, and this gal is really good. thank you. Honestly, I’m doing this review before the food has even come out because the manager Shaey took a very complicated situation and handled it very well. We had made a reservation for 15 of us for a birthday party and there was a mix up on the day. They are short staffed, but the only problem is we had people coming from Caldwell during 5 O’clock traffic to be here for my son’s birthday. We couldn’t just tell them to leave and finding another spot would have been really difficult and cutting into the kids’s bedtime. Today was the only day to get as many people to his birthday as possible. I know that puts a strain on the employees and her. A little grace was given all around. Thank you Shaey!
We enjoyed our meal very much. I had salmon with romaine salad which was so delicious! IThe salmon had unique sauces on it which I thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone else enjoyed their meals too. Our waitress was very patient as we waited for other family members to arrive. Her service was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant and not so noisy we couldn't talk. Thanks for a pleasant evening.
I love this addition to Kuna! I have been there a few times and it never disappoints! Service is always great and the food is outstanding! Love the outdoor patio - can't wait for warm weather!!!
We were out in the Kuna area and saw all these developments. We haven't had pizza in a while so here we are. It was a great choice. The server was excellent! She split our food in half because we told her we were sharing (small fee undisclosed) it was white glove service!! Oh, the food. White cloud za; sweet crunchy candied bacon burger. Recommend both!!
My wife and I ordered the Motherlode appetizer plate and spicy chicken linguine for takeout. Smoky Mountain promptly answered the phone to take our order and the food was ready soon after I arrived twenty minutes later to pick it up. The linguine and appetizers were fresh and delicious! The amount of sauces provided in containers for the appetizers was just right.
